Hey there everyone! Over the summer, I started haunting Pinterest, trying to up my Halloween game. After seeing a fun Halloween tree, I knew I had to make my own! So it was off to Amazon to get all the parts I needed! My husband is a particularly good tree trimmer so with his help, we were able to get everything up and looking great. Oddly, putting ornaments on the tree is a creative skill I completely lack but one he has so it’s another way we’re good partners 😁
First up is the lovely 3′ tall white and tinsel tree. I do wish this was prelit, but beggars can’t be choosers! I’ll be leaving this up close to year round, updating it for the various holidays as they arrive, so be prepared to see a lot more of it here on the blog!
Next, you, of course, need ornaments! My colors for Halloween this year are white, black, peach, orange and light purple. I was able to find ornaments in every color except for peach. The smaller unglittered pumpkins, white and black ornaments are all from a set I found at Target last year so check there as well!

I especially liked the Old World Halloween set. Not only is it fun and glittery, but it included the adorable moon that became the topper, the derpy cute bat and one of my favorite animals, the owl!
In addition to the ornaments, I nestled a tiny witch from Liberty Lavender Dolls on Etsy. I love her dolls and have quite a few! I added my Disney Halloween countdown from the Disney Store (sadly, it seems like it’s no longer for sale, but check eBay!) and a Tomica from this year’s celebration at Tokyo Disneyland.
I hope you’ve liked this look at my first Halloween tree! If you’d like to keep up with the blog, sign up for the newsletter below this post or follow me on Instagram! Until next time, happy crafting!
